Today I did some paperwork in the morning. I started working through my computer maintenance checklist.

Mom and I made a shopping list, and then took the long route to Straub's, walking through Forest Park to the Jewel Box and then back to Straubs. We bought groceries, and on the way home, we stopped at Bread Company for a loaf of honey wheat bread. We made sandwiches for lunch, and I worked a bit more.

We drove out to Ronnie's to watch Kung Fu Panda on IMAX. It was very good. It was cute and fun and Mom and I agreed that it even seemed short. We weren't ready for it to end yet.

On the way home, Mom challenged me to find my way to Ted Drew's. I succeeded in doing so. I had a Terramizzou concrete and Mom had a Southern Delight concrete.

We decided to try to find the Scott Joplin house, but we ended up driving around some scary sections of St. Louis looking for it. By the time we found it, we didn't feel like stopping any more so we came home.

I continued working on computers, then cooked dinner. We had beet and goat cheese salad, salmon stuffed with shrimp and crab (c/o Straub's), grilled vegetables (zucchini and green bell peppers), and rice. It was very good.

That evening, Michelle wanted to go to Ted Drews. Mom and I figured we could handle it again. This time I was challenged to find my way to Ted Drews from the other direction. I turned off at the correct exit (Arsenal) but went the wrong way on Arsenal. After that Michelle tried to help me but we missed the turn on the Watson, which would have been the best recovery route. Instead, we took Hampton, which worked. When we got there, the were huge clouds and lightning. We had just gotten our concretes (Mom and I shared a Heath concrete) when it started to rain, so we jumped in Michelle's Mom's car and had a picnic in there while we watched people stand in the rain to get Ted Drew's.

When we finished our desert, the rain had mostly stopped, so we headed back to our car and went home to bed.
